We couldn’t say a bad word about this place. We had the best birthday for our 2 year old. If your kid is on the younger side, I recommend getting an early slot (we did 10am) and it was perfect. The organisation was a dream- booking was seamless and then 3 days before they phoned me confirm everything. They also offered us to leave balloons and any decorations there none day in advance. We arrived and everything was decorated perfectly. The supplied a beautiful cake that everyone loved- kids and adults. The food was hot and plentiful and they proactively offered extra food for adults (small bit extra) which was really great. Great play facilities too and definitely enough to keep everyone interested for 2 hours. Highly recommend and grateful to Frankie and the team for all their effort.

We just hosted my 3 year-old's birthday party at Magic Ground last weekend, and it was perfect. Other than bringing goodie bags, we didn't lift a finger for the party. Magic Ground took care of decor, pizza, fruit, drinks and water, and of course, a beautiful cake for my son. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating, and as always, great with kids. We'd be lost without Magic Ground in the winter and will definitely consider it for kids' birthdays going forward!

Lovely place for a bad weather afternoon. I just wish they kept up a bit more maintenance, and closed the video game room. If I wanted my son in front of a screen, I’d stay home.
