I came in here to buy a last minute gift for my mom’s birthday and had brought her there on the pretense I had to get one of my bracelets resized. Ketty came to assist me and I filled her in on the surprise. I really appreciated that she joined in on my shenanigans because my mom was oblivious the whole time. It was my first time buying fine jewelry (which was already a bit intimidating) but Ketty made me feel super comfortable, was not pushy, and worked with my budget to find the perfect gift. I worked with Vincent to source the perfect stone, and he was fantastic throughout the process — he provided a detailed mock-up of the ring before we finalized the design, which made everything feel personal and precise. The entire experience was smooth, enjoyable, and exceeded my expectations. They’re genuinely the best in the business for bespoke jewelry at an unbeatable price. My girlfriend and I traveled multiple times from Hartford, CT, to start the process of looking at engagement rings. Magnolia was the 1st place we looked at and ended up being our 1st choice by a landslide over other options in the city. The experience and service was great and they were so helpful in getting us from ring idea to ultimately the final ring design. We dealt mostly with Amanda, but other members of their team contributed as well and I'm so happy we chose to come here. We can't thank them enough for how much they helped and we can't wait to come back to design our weddings rings and other jewelry purchases. I would recommend Magnolia to anyone and everyone for their jewelry needs.
I visited Magnolia Jewelers to shop for a 24k ring. Irene was kind and showed me multiple options until I found a piece I liked. We negotiated on the cash price and had the ring sized within 30 mins. I was concerned about getting the right sizing because my fingers swell easily, but Irene said I can come back if needed and get it resized for free. Overall it was a good experience, I didn't feel stressed and I am enjoying the ring a lot. The color of 24k gold is unbeatable and it pairs nicely with my 18k bracelet.
