Uplift's new piercer, Bussy, is amazing! They were a pleasure to work with, helping us pick out just the right jewelry for each piercing location. They are an expert piercer who made the process nearly painless. Bussy also helped me order new gems for an older piece of jewelry that I can't wait to pick up. I'm excited to go back and have my jewelry downsized and change out the gems. I'll definitely also be back for more piercings!!!
I have had multiple pieces done by two artists at Uplift. My first two small pieces were done at a flash event by Jakki. She was awesome. Super light handed and quick. My most recent pieces were by Juhn in the studio on Broome. Juhn has an excellent eye for detail. I loved that he gave me personal feedback for font design and sizing from his perspective as an artist. Juhn was meticulous down to the last second. He wouldn’t let me leave until everything was perfect. For an artist who does not specialize in script- his script work was mind blowing. So happy to have found Uplift and their incredibly artists!
First of all, I want to say that I don’t have many tattoos. This was my third and the others were small. I took a leap and shared with Junh what I was visualizing and my story behind it. His precision with designing me a fineline custom tattoo was amazing. He created for me a one of a kind piece of art. I’m going to go to him for all of my tattoos moving forward. Everyone is amazed at the finish product and how meticulous it is with beautiful shading. Definitely recommend highly, not only Uplift but specifically Junh ❤️❤️❤️
Incredible experience from booking to consulting with the tattoo artist to execution. Highly recommended. The studio is clean and neat and while there are a lot of artists working at the same time, everyone has their own space . I will definitely come back again.
Soho location was very neat and clean. They were very professional. I had 2 tattoos done that day with Alex and he was very professional he made sure I was comfortable and was very kind. I also recommend this location to my son. I definitely will be back for more. The healing process went great I didn't have any issues and Alex sent me information on how to care for the new pieces. 10 /10 recommend
