I had an amazing experience with Jojo, the pest control specialist who serviced my garage suite. He did a very thorough inspection and made sure the unit was completely free of any pests or bugs. Jojo was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how he took the time to explain everything clearly, shared helpful facts about bugs, and even gave my tenant great advice on how to prevent future infestations. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend Jojo and his services—top-notch work!

We had our apartment treated by Mahendra. Even though he just arrived on site and was waiting for his co-worker, he came up to do a walk through after I explained that I had to leave right away. Mahendra was very friendly, professional and patient listening to and answering all my questions. He explained everything in detail. An excellent experience.

I had great experience with Major pest control whi came today on time. They sent me message of exact time of arrival. Mahendra did an excellent job and was very thorough. What we really appreciated was how much time he spent explaining everything—what to do and what not to do—so we could prevent the problem from coming back. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. Highly recommended!

I had used their service before and had no problem. So for the second time around I called them again for my rental place. This time is a mess. As my tenant is out of town. I had to open the door for them for the follow up service. They did not show up for the December 19, 2025 appointment. If I have not called they would not tell me that they are not coming. It was re-scheduled for December 26, 2025 and again same thing happened. Wasted my time twice. Then the follow up service was rescheduled again for December 29, 2025. I went to my rental place 10 minutes early for the appointment. No one showed up at 4 pm. I called the company and apparently they came early at 3 pm and I never received a call that they will show up an hour early. What is the point of booking an appointment if they will just show up whenever it is convenient for them. They don’t respect other peoples schedule. When I phoned the company I was told that they will be returning - I ended up waiting for 45 minutes just for them to come back to do the follow up service. I am very much disappointed. This company does not value clients time. NOT recommended. Find another pest control company that will value your time.

Oliver from Major Pest Control was fantastic! He arrived right on time, was very professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. On top of handling the pest control treatment, he went above and beyond by cleaning two of my lights that had moth remains ….something I wasn’t expecting but truly valued. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Oliver and Major Pest Control for anyone needing pest control services!
