Manchester Cat Clinic is a wonderful practice who always take good care of our precious boy Tucci. The staff genuinely care and love cats, are happy to answer any questions, and always get back to you in a timely manner. It's clear that they value every cat and their human servants! They are upfront about costs and will always give their honest opinion (and not try to upsell you). We've been delighted by how well treated our handsome boy has been at the clinic (especially by Michelle F). We would recommend the clinic to anyone!

I can’t recommend this veterinary practice enough. The team always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and offers thoughtful, honest advice. Walking into the clinic feels more like stepping into someone’s beautifully decorated home than a vet’s office — calm, welcoming, and full of care. There are Feliway diffusers plugged in everywhere to help relax the cats, and the vets themselves are incredibly gentle and patient, even with my timid cats. I really appreciate the small touches, like a personalised welcome sign when your cat is admitted as an inpatient and the cat door knobs everywhere — it shows how much they genuinely care. The staff are always friendly, and I never feel rushed in or out. It’s clear they truly love what they do. I’ll never take my girls anywhere else.

Fantastic vets, so helpful and kind. My cat Bela gets very nervous when going for check ups but they were wonderful and patient with her throughout, letting her have a nose around like she owns the place! Thank you guys for being the best vets for all of our cats! 🐈⬛ 🐾

My cat Genji is a new member of Cat Clinic and although he’s not happy on the way there…he’s extremely happy once we are in the consultation room out of his carrier and shoving his head on the Vets for strokes and treats! The staff do an extremely great job of thoroughly checking my cat and ensuring I know what they are doing throughout the process as well as explaining any concerns in a way I can understand. I’ve not felt like I wasn’t listened to about any of my concerns or concerned that I had to pay for something my cat didn’t need - They are extremely trustworthy (and my cat is super comfortable when being looked at which says enough!). The front desk team is also super friendly always, lots of smiles and always explain costs etc if i have any queries which is really reassuring. Overall the reception area is so calming not just for the cats but a worried owner as well. Thank you Cat clinic! 🐈

The best vet I've been to. I came with a lovely little stray, quite obviously ill but no the less a ball of personality. I had him over a bank holiday weekend and obviously grew attached. The reception and staff had a delightfully friendly and comforting air. Everything was decorated amazingly and the service was even more amazing. There was no judgement for the circumstances and the vet we saw was lovely. She instantly picked up on his struggling and took him from the initial observation room downstairs. When returning she delivered the news in a professional, sympathetic manor. The room where they laid him to rest was calm. Including a wee basket for him to fall asleep in the coziest way possible. I'm sure it seems silly to be so heartbroken after only 3 days , and it being quite obvious he was ready. This was handled the best way it could have been and they did an excellent job of doing the best thing. Sorry I don't have more experience with them , however from what I have experienced as a non paying customer I can't recommend enough. They let us take a little bit of his fur to remember him. Even though we weren't with him long. Thank you again for having the kindness to do what he needed. He's got a little fish tin now.
