Tried to negotiate a trade for jet skiis. They responded a couple days later, with a couple generic questions about the value of mine. Ghosted me for over a week, sold the jet skiis I was interested in, and came back saying they had different ones. Then offered me a little under half what my stuff was worth. They overvalue their stuff, and way undervalue yours, and make it abundantly clear you're not a priority.
I purchased a new Can Am atv from Kody. He was great to deal with. No BS No Hassles! Highly recommend working with him.
They did a module replacement, when I picked up the spider I discovered it was stored outside over a week on a bike that has never been in the weather and has always been garage kept. This bike was spotless when they took delivery. It has caked on mud, bird crap and stains in the leather that caused discoloration. The seat back was completely lose and missing the protective cover. The foam cushion inside the seats is completely soaked in rain water and the speakers sound distorted for being drenched in dirt rain water. I’m very disappointed that little care was given to my property and it literally looks like junk when they gave it back to me. I will not be doing business with Marine World again. They at least could have informed me they had no room inside and if they needed it to be kept outside, a simple cover would have prevented damage.
The specific thing I needed was upstairs and should be on display for more people to purchase. I was going to get neoprene jackets but got sticker shock. They service engines but not a 4.3 mercruiser that was purchased there and has their stickers displayed in several places. They were well staffed, friendly, and helpful.
We bought a Veranda VP22VLB tritoon a couple months ago. We worked with Kody Reed and several others throughout the process. They swapped motors from another boat to get me the one I wanted, upgraded the stereo, and delivered it on time. We love the boat now even more than the day we got it!
