Doing business with slumberland was a very much a pleasure. No sales pressure and a great selection of lazy boys to choose from with the best price I could find. My chair was delivered in 3 days. Even the delivery guys were super nice.
Jenny helped us and we were so happy with her knowledge and honesty. We would definitely buy from her again! She is an asset to this store!
Jenny was very helpful guiding us around the store after we explained what we were looking for. As we walked through the store she told us about each loveseat we looked at and allowing us to sit in each to see which one we felt was best for us. We never felt like we were being pushed or rushed into making a decision. If you are looking for furniture, I would encourage you to check out Slumberland.
Jenny Schepis went above and beyond to help me find an affordable bed for my aging mother who is moving into memory care. She went out of her way to ensure everything was ready for an easy pickup. A little less stress on us was very appreciated!
After we moved to town we came here to look at some couches. We were moving again in a couple years so I didn't want to get anything too expensive. There was a set I really liked but it was over $2,500. And it had decorative threading so I was worried about the detailing getting messed up over the years. The salesperson told me that I could get their 5-year warranty and it covers everything. He even had me go on to their website to see what it covered and it said it covered any seams or any threading, rips, structural damage, wood breaking. Now it's about 2 years later and the other day the wood broke in the ottoman we have and I noticed that the decorative threading started coming up when I went to move the cushion. So I reported it to the warranty place and they said none of it's covered. And I said when I signed up it said it was covered and if you go online it still says it's covered ....Course I can't find the old paperwork. So now I'm out $300. Because that's what I paid for the warranty. Which obviously doesn't cover anything. Because the paperwork they sent me literally doesn't cover anything. If that's what it would have said when I signed up I would have never signed up for it. I called corporate for slumberland said they were going to look into it and get back to me. Never called me back. I just either want my $300 back or them to cover what they said they were going to cover. Even though it really irritates me because I would have never spent this much money on the couch set if I would have known that I couldn't get a warranty to cover it. Looks like I'm going to have to jump through hoops for it. Not to mention we also had issues just paying for the couches and getting the delivery. I should have known better then and just returned them. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
