I went in to get my watch adjusted. They were so welcoming and friendly. I originally felt so anxious about going into the store, since it isn’t a place I would normally shop at. They were so kind that I ended up feeling so comfortable there. Harrison was the one who helped me. He was thoughtful enough to ask the jeweler to shine my watch without me asking. Will definitely go back for any jewelry needs.
I bought my fiancee's engagement ring and wedding band from Market Street. Both times they were incredibly nice and helpful, and both rings were more than fairly priced. My fiancee adores both of them, she was able to customize the engagement ring and create something she absolutely loves. I can't recommend market street enough, it's rare I feel compelled to write a review but they really did us such a service.
Maylin was so incredibly kind and helpful! From the first day I went in and throughout the process she patiently answered my many questions and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. I absolutely loved the ring and more importantly my fiancée did too! I would highly recommend working with Maylin and look forward to wedding rings.

My husband and I just got married, and I’m so obsessed with the engagement ring we got from Market Street Diamonds! At first, the ring was a little too big, so we had to go back to get it resized. The resizing was completely FREE! After wearing it for a couple of days post-resizing, a tiny diamond fell off. We were so worried it might cost a lot to fix, but they reassured us and fixed it for FREE! They understood that the issue happened because of the resizing. It took just a week to get my ring back, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They truly know what they’re doing! Initially, we were just browsing and didn’t plan to buy our ring there, but we completely fell in love with the staff and the store. It was absolutely worth spending the money! The quality, service, and overall experience were amazing. Highly recommend Market Street Diamonds for anyone looking for quality and excellent service!
