Do not use this company. It cost me a $1000 to fix a cold shower in my apartment. The shower leaked after the repair and was still cold. Building management fixed the problem at no cost to me. Melbourne Plumbing wanted to charge me to fix a problem they caused.
Five stars no doubt had an urgent situation midnight and called, the conversation was so friendly and warm. And ditto to the service and the plumber (sry don’t remember his name ah) :) Definitely gonna recommend!
They came out to fix a leaking issue and were excellent, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of their work was outstanding. I’d absolutely recommend them
It's great when you can make a simple online enquiry, get a phone call within 30 mins to make arrangements and then have someone who was polite and professional come out that same day to fix your plumbing. That's what I was hoping for and exactly what I got 👍
Exceptional service from Christian and Sam. Spoke to Christian at 11pm at night about a problem with our hot water service. Sam was at our house 730am the next morning and was all sorted with a new hot water service by 1030am. You can’t ask for any better than that. Price was reasonable and fair considering the level of service provided. We’re really happy and will use their service for future plumbing projects. Thanks Melbourne Plumbing Co.
