I rarely leave reviews but wanted to comment on a lovely experience with MGL. I found pricing to be fair and the booking process professional compared to other services I looked into. The car was great, clean and prepared. Our driver, James, was awesome and his great attitude certainly made our night! Wanted to send my gratitude!!
MGL Limo in SFO was great. From making my reservations (with questions), 24 hour confirmation, details on our driver, vehicle with license plate number to our arrival they ensured me that I chose the right company. Their Cadillac Escalade was very clean. Our driver Tony was professional, communicative, polite and an exceptional driver. I felt very safe. Would definitely use them again.
I’ve used them several times now for airport runs to SFO and OAK, and every single experience has been outstanding. The drivers are always **on time—usually early—**and the level of professionalism is unmatched. Their vehicles are spotless, comfortable, and feel genuinely high-end. Stepping into one of their luxury cars immediately puts you at ease, especially during early-morning or late-night airport trips. The ride is smooth, quiet, and incredibly relaxing, which makes travel days so much easier. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Communication is clear, pickup instructions are simple, and the drivers are friendly, respectful, and well-trained. They help with luggage, adjust the temperature, offer water, and make sure the ride is perfect from start to finish.
Sodo is a good driver. He was very professional, courteous, and made our family trip from SFO to the hotel smooth and comfortable. He handled an unexpected situation with great patience and kindness, which we truly appreciated. The van was clean, spacious, and even had a TV playing Tom and Jerry, which made the kids so happy during the ride. Since Google only allows one review per email, I wanted to leave another here to share my recent experience—my second time using MGL Limos and my first time booking them for both an airport pickup and drop-off. Everything was absolutely seamless from start to finish. I had two fantastic drivers, Mihretab and Telmen, who were professional, punctual, and made each leg of the journey enjoyable in their own way. I was picked up in a beautiful Suburban and returned home in a sleek Escalade. One ride was filled with the excitement of heading out on a big trip, and the other was a calm, comfortable welcome home after 18 days away. Working with MGL Limos continues to be a great experience, and I genuinely look forward to using their services again!
