Michelle is an excellent Pilates instructor! Her cues are clear, the classes are well structured, and she really pays attention to form so you feel challenged but supported the entire time. The studio was also very nice and clean, which made the experience even better. Thanks for having me!
Miami Pilates is hands down the best Pilates studio.From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is immaculate. The instructor is the best very knowledgeable and she energy and vibes are unmatched.Went there on my birthday it was one of the Best decisions I made in my life.I will be returning back as I am from New York.
I absolutely love this Pilates studio. Michelle is amazing! She is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. She explains movements clearly, corrects form with care, and creates such a positive, motivating atmosphere. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more balanced. Highly recommend!

The city, the sunlight or moon light this studio is a VIBE. I’ve come here a few times and I’ve really enjoyed Malia and Kenzy’s classes. Very fun and helpful instructors! It’s always nice to come here. Also, check them out for event hosting. My cousin hosted a birthday party for me here and it was lovely !! The staff was so friendly and open to the celebration and it was wonderful to experience a personalized class with my friends.
