For any repair, engraving, craftsmanship or personalized service, go to Michelsen Jewellers (675 Acadia Drive SE), a trustworthy shop and get a reasonably price. Bob Johnson is very knowledgeable with a lot of experience. I’d like to say a big thank you to Bob for taking the time to check two on my precious rings prior to my trip in Egypt. Very TRUSTY PEOPLE run this business. P.S. Here is an advice for those who wrote a bad review: Remember that if you treat others with kindness and politeness you encourage them to respond in the same manner.

I called around to a few watch engraving spots who charge $8 per letter, and was happily surprised at the flat rate Michelsen Jewellers charges. They had them back quicker than expected with a great quality engraving on each one! The owners are both very kind as well. 10/10 would recommend

Why bother advertising you offer eyeglass repair when you don't actually want my business? Not kidding. This was by far the strangest interaction with a small business owner in my LIFE. Door was locked when I walked up to the shop, where I was awkwardly "greeted" by an older lady with an english accent. She appeared to be eating lunch and after she unlocked the door she asked why we there. I had brought my three pairs of eyeglasses for some simple repairs, then she looked over to what I assume was the "worskshop area" of her business and then said, "no, we're just too busy - we can't do it". I stood there dumbfounded as she repeated to refuse repair my three pairs of glasses because they’re overwhelmed with business. Literally nobody working in the shop. When I asked if she could recommend anyone else to help me out - she simply said “no i don’t want to help you”. Wait, "so you don't want to help me?" - "No, i don't" And all of this unprofessional behaviour in front of my 11 year old son. As we awkwardly left the shop, my son looked up and said "why was that lady so mean to us Dad?" How does Michelson Jewellery have a 4.9 rating? SO, to those considering this "business" for your needs, just be cautious you don't walk up and interrupt her lunch - you'll awaken the bear who doesn't want to take your money. Bye Karen

Bob was able to urgently fix a pair of glasses for me. His work is superb and he was able to flawlessly solder the hinge with ease. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely be back to get some of my own jewelry repaired.
