My experience at Spence Diamond was absolutely incredible. I walked in one day looking for an engagement ring and Andrew gave me a plethora of options to choose from and got to know what I was looking for specifically for a ring that fitted my budget and was the exact style I was looking for. Andrew was very knowledgeable and broke down clarity, carat, cut, and cost in a simple way that made it easy for me to understand. I was unsure of where I was going to buy the ring before I walked in, but after my first visit at Spence, I was convinced this was the place for me. A week later, I came back to Spence and Scott helped me finalize the perfect engagement ring. The quality of the diamond is like nothing I’ve ever seen before, and the other stores at the mall can’t even compare in terms of quality and price. Spence Diamonds is significantly cheaper than other wholesalers. Between the service, quality of diamond, and the price, I’m so happy I went to Spence. From start to finish our visit to Spence Diamonds Calgary was fantastic. Shane, our diamondtologist, was the highlight. He was patient, informative and genuinely focused on helping us find the right stone rather than making a hard sell. He took the time to explain the characteristics of the diamond we were considering and walked us through customization choices in a way that felt effortless. Communication beforehand was great; we received a helpful reconfirmation email that set the tone for a smooth appointment. We ended up under budget and with an absolutely stunning diamond. The showroom is clean, comfortable and well laid out, and my partner and I had a lot of fun trying on different styles. Five stars.

I could go on forever and ever about the absolutely most wonderful beautiful experience we had at Spence. Everyone was so kind and generous and took extremely thoughtful care of us. Scott was unbelievably wonderful to work with and made the very daunting process of engagement ring shopping a breeze. We had about one hundred questions and he answer every single one of them with ease! I have always dreamed of having a custom engagement ring and Scott made that process so easy! There was no pressure at all he was honest open and kind the whole time. He really takes his time with you and makes sure all of your needs are met and really goes out of his way to make sure you are making informed decisions with a positive outcome. He didn’t just help find the perfect engagement ring he also went out of his way to make sure we found the perfect wedding bands. Incredible experience.
