Dr. Doan is truly a wonderful person, kind, caring, and incredibly professional. I’ve been seeing her since high school and now into college, and she has always made me feel comfortable and supported. Her passion for her work inspired me to fall in love with nursing myself. I haven’t met any doctor as amazing and genuine as her.

Dr. Doan is an amazing doctor! She has been incredibly supportive and understanding in caring for my daughter's needs. Her compassion, expertise, and kindness have made a huge difference. Highly recommend Dr. Doan to anyone seeking top-notch care!

My daughter has been a patient here since she was a newborn, and while most of the providers and staff have been wonderful, there has been one consistent issue: Dr. Z’s MA/Lab technician, Diane. From our very first visit, her behavior has been unprofessional and inappropriate. I’ve reported my concerns to her supervisor and even switched providers within the clinic in an effort to avoid her, but unfortunately, the behavior has continued. What’s most concerning is that I’ve witnessed her making rude comments, even about babies — calling them names like “ugly” and discussing personal information about patients and their families. Not only is this incredibly disrespectful, but it also seems like a potential violation of HIPAA. Mid City Pediatrics, your patients deserve to feel respected and safe and I truly hope this ongoing issue is addressed appropriately soon.

Appointment was made for 3:15pm still waiting. Front Desk told me hat Doc was bussy, behind with her patients. If i wanted to see another Doc. i told her no because my kids would feel more comfortable being seen by a Female. She said well it will take a while. I said ok. We got called in to the room and another girl comes in and says Doc is really bussy she has a lot of patience do you want to see another Doctor i said no i been waiting already and i told the front desk i didn’t want another Doctor. She said ok mom im just letting you know it’s going to be long. i said that’s fine. The big question is why do they over schedule people..

El servicio de la recepción es simplemente regular. Siempre parecen estar demasiado ocupados para saludar a los clientes/pacientes al principio. Siempre demora un rato (usualmente cuando no están ocupados). Las asistentes médicas y el personal administrativo son geniales. La mayoría de los médicos también. ¡Muy amables! Si no fuera por la falta de habilidades de servicio del personal de la recepción, definitivamente les habría dado 5 estrellas. Sin duda, seguirá siendo la consulta del Dr. de mi hijo. Si es posible, que te dejen allí; toma Lyft o el autobús. El estacionamiento es atroz.
