Katcha, was amazing. Very warm and kind service. I walked in with no appointment and she repaired the nose pad on my frames at no charge. Would highly recommended for your eyewear needs.
They were absolutely the kindest and most helpful optometrists I’ve ever met. I am new to contacts and came in to ask for help as I believe somewhere during the day they might have fallen out, and they were happy to assist me even though I wasn’t a regular customer. I ended up buying a bottle of eye drops as my eyes were probably getting dry from wearing contact lens more regularly, and they even offered me a couple of samples contact lenses to replace the ones that fell out. Such an amazing gesture, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs glasses or lenses!
Katha is the best! So incredibly nice, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. My prescription is a bit complicated, sizing is always a challenge, and it takes me forever to choose a frame but she was so helpful and patient. Gave me her honest opinions and helped me find the right one. Seriously couldn’t recommend her more for your optometry needs!
I ran in to North Park Optometry after a freak collision with my cat that left my frames bent and way out of shape. Erick heard my tragic tale, offered to take a crack at fixing them, and came back a few minutes later with them looking and feeling like new! I'm so thankful to the team here for being so welcoming and pleasant (everyone we spoke to was absolutely lovely) and for offering to help out a girl in need. Thank you Erick!!!
I’ve been coming to this location for about two years, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Nastasoiu is incredibly kind, thorough, and knowledgeable—I always leave feeling confident in the care I receive. A big shout-out to Katha as well! Her positive energy, fun vibe, and patience made my experience even better. She gave great feedback on my glasses and kept the conversation light and enjoyable. This team truly goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend!
