Every time they come out, always explain everything they do. Great communication with texts and emails to both my wife and I. Jake was phenomenal. Even though I was not able to meet Marcus when came for HVAC assessment, he called me later and explained in detail. Prices might be a little steep but if the company has this level of communication, explanation for what they are doing, warranty for the work they do, then it’s money well spent to care for the shelter that has been divinely provided. Appreciate you Milestone.
Robert Keyser from Milestone did an excellent job troubleshooting and fixing a rather complicated wiring problem with our cabinet lighting. Very pleased with his patience and professionalism!
Tyler Weidman came to my home to give me an estimate for immediate repairs to my bathroom. He was professional, thorough and explained everything in detail. When he left I understood the scope of work, price, timeline, and expectation. Cedric did the plumbing work. Knowledgeable and friendly. Great worker. He and his crew did the work then cleaned up the mess. Polite and professional.
Andrew from Milestone came out to replace cut off valves that Make Ready put in a month ago. They leaked even after being turned off. Andrew was pleasant and kind. He completed the job in under two hours. The price was fair and NO LEAKING. Thank you Milestone.
