Darrell and his team were amazing! When our roof started to leak badly right before the winter rains started, my husband and I were really worried. However, with Darrell's team, we were in great hands. From the detailed and thoughtful initial assessment, to the respectful crew, to the fact that they got a 3 day job done in a day and a half - the entire experience was smooth and nothing short of incredible. Plus, the price was much less than we were expecting, which was a wonderful bonus. We're planning to use them again in the spring for re-siding our house, and will happily recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you again guys!
I worked with Darryl and his crew to get a new roof for my vancouver special in east vancouver. I would say that we had a few concerns along the way but they were addressed by Darryl in a timely manner and I also think the quality of the roof is really well done. In today's world it's very difficult to find reliable and good quality trades but I think you're doing yourself a favour if you get a new roof from Millwall. Thanks!
We contacted several companies regarding the replacement of our old shingle roof, and chose Millwall Roofing because Darrell's initial consultation and advice was unhurried and thorough, and the outline of the work to be done was clearly presented later the same day at a competitive price. Darrell's crew got the work done within the estimated time, and did a great job. Darrell was on site at some point each day, and on completion of the work. He was also easy to communicate with at all times following our initial contact. We would definitely recommend Millwall roofing.
I was very happy with the work we had done by Millwall Roofing. When our roof sprung a leak during the winter, Darrell and his crew came within a day to patch it up and tarp it, and provided a competitive quote for the full re-roof that we needed to get done. Once spring arrived and the weather improved enough for work to start on our steep-peaked roof, Darrell's crew put in long hours to get the job done within the time frame he provided us. They took great care to protect the areas around the property while the old roof was being dismantled, and they cleaned up before leaving each day. Our new roof looks great, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Millwall to anyone looking to get roofing work done.
We hired Millwall to replace the roof on our older Vancouver home in the fall. The work was completed quickly and price was reasonable, however quality of work and customer service was not great. A number of issues were identified, fascia board miter joint is noticeably off center, nails to fasten to the framing missed the framing and gable boards were knocked loose. Was at first offered a refund of $300 then told the issues would be addressed. That was 6 months ago and we have not heard anything since.
