I booked my room at 745 on Monday, to get a room Tuesday night (last minute, but the website accepted it). Then they called me at 8am on Tuesday to cancel MY reservation. Mind you, they have a no-cancellations policy on the customer end. When they called to tell me, I picked up, and it gave me a dial-back, no response, I waited a few seconds and just hung up since it seemed like a scam. They emailed me and said, "we tried to reach you multiple times with no response", which is a lie. Anyway I just booked another hotel so it was fine, but if you're booking here it's probably best to confirm on phone that they have a room available.

The guy who checked us in was polite and got us checked in fast. Bed was very comfortable room very spacious n clean

This company overcharged the deposit and didn't give a receipt. When checking out, they deliberately said that the deposit would be refunded to the card. It's been a month and I called to inquire. They didn't refund the deposit. I saw many victims who couldn't get their deposits back. I hope you ask that guy for a deposit receipt if he wants to collect the deposit. The deposit will be refunded in cash on the spot when you check out. Don't believe him and say he will refund your card. He will deceive you.

The place is fine, when we got here there were only 3 pillows that were short and small and 4 of us. They didn't have extra pillows to spare? But found one for us. They are flat and it's not much better than sleeping on the mattress

I enjoyed the recently updated room. The towels were plush and were generously provided at the sink and the bath. Floors and furniture looked fresh and clean. The large video screen tilted to be seen from both sides of the room. The very wide desk surface allowed me to spread out my work. I selected this room from a Priceline promotional offer so the pricing was excellent. Better still, was the restful sleep after my perfectly warmed shower, washed away my day.
