Fantastic experience at Warstone Jeweller’s! Selina was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We purchased my fiancée’s wedding band, I had a family wedding band stretched and polished, and my fiancée’s engagement ring resized, cleaned, and settings checked. Prices were reasonable, and everything was done overnight for us as we were leaving Birmingham the next day. Could not recommend more highly and wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.
Amazing staff and a brilliant service. We brought our wedding rings earlier this year. Both the original and aftercare service were fab. We even travelled nearly 2 hours due to a recommendation and it was well worth the trip.
Selina helped me to get the perfect ring, a beautiful pear shaped emerald and diamond ring, it was bespoke reset in platinum with a complementary valuation, pricing the ring at over £1000 more than the purchase price. The grading and quality of the emerald is really high. It’s such a beautiful stone. The service was excellent, from choosing the ring, to communication prior to collection. I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you so much Selina, I absolutely love it and it means so much to me being my late mum’s and my own birthstone. I’ll be back 💚
My husband and I were renewing our wedding vows and wanted new rings. We looked round a few shops then came walked into Warstones, the staff are very well informed, very helpful and friendly. We chose our rings and they pulled out all the stops for us to receive them in time for our renewal (we had left looking a tad short!). We purchased our wedding bands from Warstone Jewellers earlier this year and we are so happy with them. We chose Warstone after a full day in the JQ looking at all the different shops - we found the friendliness, professionalism and advice from the staff in Warstone much better than the other places we had been browsing.
