Terrible. I assume a lot of these reviews are not credible after we had these people come to clean an apartment someone moved out of. Had a guy move his mother out. The 2 maids did the job you'd expect a 12 year old to do. They literally only cleaned what you see at surface level. After they left we noticed the oven was not clean, floors still dirty, mold still at the top of the rim on the stole. Window seals were still dirty, as well as the fridge. They literally didn't do a thing foreal. A lady I spoke with suggested the son who ordered the service had no complaints. Well he was also a old man himself and more than likely lacked the ability to evaluate everything. Terrible experience
This was my first time cleaning from Molly Maid, and Tristynn and Jess did a very thorough deep cleaning of my home. It was easy for me to explain exactly my priorities, and they met my expectations. They also worked so efficiently and carefully on all the details. I have many delicate items in my home, and they treated them with the same attention that I would. And whenever anything wasn’t entirely clear, they both verified with me before proceeding. Finally, before leaving they asked me to look over their work to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.
Molly Maid’s team did an AMAZING job cleaning my apartment. The attention to detail by them is insane. So convenient that they also clean apartments. I have my next appt. here in a few weeks and I cannot wait!
