Route 4. Nickole, Andre, and Maria. Good job cleaning. Punctual. Overall satisfied with cleaning crew. One negative of Molly Maid which is likely going to end my service with them after the next clean—-every time the cleaners come they ask you to call the company to say they did a good job. They leave you google review sheets to remind you to review. I hire a maid service to come and clean. Is the work outstanding? No. Is it satisfactory and the house is clean? Yes? Should I always be prompted to leave a review so they can get more money? NO. I want my house cleaned. And then I want to not have to constantly call or leave reviews. The high pressure tactics to get reviews likely goes against Google policies. Maybe they’ll see this and stop. If not, I will have to find another cleaning company and take time to have them come, look, quote a price l, and all that hassle. Is this worth a 5 star? Probably 3.5. But, the 5 star is what I’m hounded for every time they come. So here it is. 5 stars—unearned. But given. Give the cleaners a raise and have them stop hounding the customers.

Molly Maid is wonderful!! Sam and Iris are the best! They show up on time and get to work immediately. The are polite and professional. The house sparkles when they leave.

Molly Maid is a fabulous service that helped me immensely with a move-out cleaning service. They made the time for me right before the holidays and even on a day they don't typically clean. Emily and Selena rolled up that morning, were super nice and got to work immediately. They were so professional and knocked out what would've taken me all weekend in just a few hours! Excellent and thorough job in an old historic home and pricing was extremely reasonable. And they service the Northshore, so my elderly parents will be getting a visit soon. I totally recommend this company to anyone in Southeast Louisiana!

I'd definitely recommend Molly Maid. This was my second monthly clean and Sam, Iris, and Nicole did an amazing job! It's hard to stay on top of everything with a family and pets so it's such an awesome feeling to come home to a fresh smelling and sparkling clean house!
