I recently used Carly and her team at Monarch Events for my October 2025 wedding. She was incredible to work with and truly made my vision come to life! She has such an eye for detail and every little aspect of the decor was exceptional. She made planning an absolute breeze, delivered and picked up her supplies the day of the wedding, and was extra accommodating to get some bud vases to our florist days beforehand. I truly cannot recommend Monarch Events enough, they are the best of the best and will make your wedding decor dreams come true no matter what your style is.
We rented linens and beverage tubs for our wedding. Celeste was so easy to work with, and very responsive. Everything came exactly as we expected, and pick up and drop off was very easy. Highly recommend!
Monarch events was incredible to work with! We rented tables, chairs, and a dance floor from them and I am so happy we did! Their staff was amazing to work with when it came to ordering and scheduling set up and break down! I am so happy with the quality of items and service! Definitely book if you are looking for great rentals and a stress free wedding!
Monarch Event Rentals were amazing to work with and great pricing for a cost effective wedding! I worked closely with Chayse and he was so helpful and responsive. They have a great selection, especially for a venue that needs everything to be brought in, including grills and ovens. We used them for all the plate & glass setting, table clothes (beautiful selection!), kitchenware, bar, cake cutting including the cake stand!, etc. Instead of going to various rental places, Monarch was a one stop shop and they delivered, which made the wedding set up process much easier. We went with an Italian Tuscany wedding theme. I highly recommend Monarch Event Rentals for any wedding in the Austin or Texas Hill Country area.
I have been a venue manager for 8 years and hands down it makes the biggest difference on the wedding day when the rental company is professional and caring. That is everything about Monarch that I love! Knowing my couples are working with Monarch is a huge relief knowing there will be fully taken care of, especially if they use Monarch for rentals, florals, and everything else -- I love their all-inclusive option! Their inventory is fantastic and able to fit any bride's vision, and I cannot say enough about their floral department. I have been blown away with how they operate day of creating stunning arrangements from big to small and have the best staff. You will want to be friends with them all by day's end.
