They carry plants that are native to this area, which is a real plus when you consider some of the droughts we've gone through and how cold weather can damage plants. I have 2 Lenten Roses "Harpeth" varieties that are over 10 years old. Last night was 25 degrees, and they still look good. See photos. I need to get back by next spring and try to find another because my lawn guy mowed down one. The extreme bitter cold does turn them black, but they come back with new green growth. I do try to pile leaves on top of them when we have those rare below zero temps. One of the few plants the deer hasn't devoured at my house.

Go to Moore & Moore for all your gardening needs (seriously do it!) Two weeks ago I was in a serious bind. I had ordered a ZZ plant to be delivered to a friend for their house warming party. Day of the florist called to tell me that their website made a mistake and I didn’t meet their order minimum of $75 (not including delivery and taxes) and would need to increase my order to get the plant delivered. I cancelled the order and frantically called Moore & Moore and explained the situation, praying they could deliver a plant at the last second ( two hours before closing) while the housewarming party is well underway. Lindy went above and BEYOND and saved the day. After speaking on the phone she FaceTimed me and helped me pick out a gorgeous pot for the ZZ. She repotted it, packaged it up beautifully, and hand wrote a note on my behalf. They had it delivered within the hour. Words can’t describe how much this meant to me. I live out of the state and was feeling especially helpless on top of missing out on a friend’s special day. Lindy’s customer service was phenomenal, and she helped me show love to a dear friend. She picked out what my friend says is “a truly perfect plant”. Thank you Lindy you are truly a God send! For future reference they do have a flat delivery fee of ($30-35?) for homes within their service area. However, their delivery fee in addition to the plant + pot + gift wrapping + tax still ended up being cheaper than my original order with the florist. $65 from Moore & Moore vs a $75 order at the florist they wanted to turn into a $100+ order. So go to Moore & Moore for all your frantic plant needs, or regular non-frantic gardening (whichever you prefer). They will take great care of you.

Moore and Moore Garden Center has it all! This gift shop and nursery is absolutely a wonderland. There is something here for any occasion. The Moore and Moore team members are knowledgeable, friendly, and extend excellent customer service. We live out of state and have made it tradition to stop in each time we are in the area.

Finally, a garden store with a knowledgeable staff, generous with time, and not miles out into the country. The plants are top quality. The staff insisted on loading the car for us. We are experienced gardeners, and We will make this our go-to place from now on.

Quite a nice nursery both indoor shopping (not super packed with plants)-cozy and outdoor- good categories.The Price is reasonable. Pet friendly.
