I came to San Antonio to enjoy a pleasant New Year and shop and enjoy my stay as a usually do when I travel! But that quickly took a turn. I purchase a bag online as a boarded my flight so I could pick up when I landed. Unfortunately they were closed Jan 1st so I had to wait. Then this lady name Julia Booker sends me a very unprofessional email in my opinion canceling my order but didn’t issue a refund for a 3k Fendi handbag. No reasoning just a cancellation. To me that gives a fraudulent business. If you can’t do good business why do business at all. Now I’m having to dispute the transaction with my bank because this so called small business hasn’t refunded my money. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Canceling orders with no reasoning is very unprofessional. Then doing it with no refund is even worst. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Top notch selection. Super unique pieces and reasonable prices. Definitely high end and eclectic mix. I wish they had more of these locations! I will be back! Super nice and helpful service too.
Moss always has a great selection of things to choose from. The staff is also always helpful and nice and I love how their service is personalized to fit your needs and style, especially by letting you know of new arrivals you may be interested in based on things you have purchased or have expressed interest in. I mainly shop at the San Antonio location, however I have received the same service from the Austin location. They both have so much to offer. Definitely my first choice in consignment stores now!
This store was just a little slice of luxury heaven! I went in to see the selection of the small store, and I was surprised to see an absolutely mind-blowing selection of designer clothing, shoes, and accessories. The clothing is organized by color, so that was helpful for me, a monochromatic dresser. The wide breadth of designer wear was so refreshing. MOSS had a vintage Chanel suit jacket right across the way from an Oscar de la Renta gown, some Louboutin heels next to some Prada power loafers, and Versace scarves next to Louis Vuitton wallets, with many other designers in between. I reached a little out of season for this rag & bone cardigan that felt like it was knit together with clouds! I was just so delighted to come here and I most definitely will be back! If you are looking for designer wear at a discount, this is your spot.
Moss is one of my favorite stores in San Antonio! I always find the most special pieces here, and I love how unique they are. The store is set up to be aesthetically pleasing and not too crowded. There are constantly new items out on the floor, and there's such a wide variety of designers and prices. Camilla, Gabby, and Dariann are the sweetest and will help with anything you want to know!
