I had such a magical experience at Olivia Grace Bridal! Mal was so sweet and encouraging throughout the process. She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like about different dresses. We also loved the room they had me and my guests in. They were very comfortable waiting while Mal helped me get in and out of different dresses. I didn’t think I would find my dress at my first appointment, but I did!
Olivia Grace Bridal made finding my wedding dress so easy. They are incredibly patient and so kind when I was trying on dresses. I was definitely nervous going into the realm of wedding dresses, but they were so encouraging that I would find "the one". Once my dress was picked we celebrated took pictures and they made the ordering process seamless. Their communication on when the dress arrived and getting me an appointment started with the alterations team was amazing. Alternations made sure my dress fit perfectly even if it meant coming back multiple times. I'm so grateful for the team at Olivia Grace!
Alma made my wedding dress experience a complete dream from start to finish. She was incredibly kind and patient with me throughout this entire process. Everyone at Olivia Grace Bridal was truly a joy to work with. I originally had picked out this gown when I went shopping with my childhood best friend but was talked out of it by someone else. Additionally, this was the very first wedding dress I had ever tried on so I thought surely, it couldn't be the one right off the bat. I ended up choosing another dress at a different shop but could never get this one out of my head. I had a last minute emergency with the other dress and called Alma in tears asking if this dress was still available. Good news, it was! Alma was able to get me into this dress and the alterations crew worked incredibly hard to get the dress ready in time for my bridal pictures. I really felt like the entire team was all hands on deck and they all worked so hard to get me into this dream dress in time for my wedding. I even had one final alteration after the bridals, one week before my wedding, and the alterations team was able to get it done in time for my wedding. So many guests at our wedding commented on how gorgeous and flattering the dress was! Everyone at Olivia Grace Bridal has just been absolutely incredible and I'm so grateful for all of their help!
