We had a water leak in our front endcap and the entire area need to be gutted and repaired. Motivated RV was able to do all the repair and worked with us to fit our budget. The trailer looks great, and we are able to enjoy it again.
Unbelievable I highly recommend motivated RV I have been dealing with intermittent electrical problems sometimes it's on sometimes it's off. Brian was able to locate a couple of problems. I converter was pretty much burn up due to a relay that was going in and out causing the intermittent problem. They are a great family owned business and they do not work on Fridays, but Brian met me at 8 o'clock Friday morning and worked until 2 o'clock to get me back on the road. I highly recommend them great company.
Highly recommend Motivated RV!!! I had the best experience with their entire team. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely responsive - keeping me up-to-date throughout the entire process. I was quite stressed about having to replace my air conditioner, but they made it easy and painless. Now I’m chillin.
Finally! A place with great work ethic and imagination. I took my little boutique trailer for hopes of some renovations. Roofed raised so I don’t hit my head and creativity. Brian went above and beyond. Not only was my roof raised, cool pop up shelving was added, beautiful stairs, cedar trim and a beautiful new door.. They stayed within my budget and was great at communicating. I can see why they are busy. Thank you Motivated RV for all you’ve done. I can’t wait to get my business running.
This business continues to remove my, and several others, Fair and Accurate reviews from ratings and has family and friends posting 5 star fake reviews to inaccurately improve their rank. Speaks volumes about a business when they will post false reviews and report and hide real ones! They made an honest mistake that turned into an absolute nightmare. They added a new screw to our engine cover which they put through the main wiring harness. They then tried to fix the mistake by spending a week doing even more damage. In the end this company refused to take responsibility for the damage or cover the repair bill from the new shop that spent nearly 6 weeks trying to track down all the damage they caused. We drove 2000 miles to get to them but had to be towed out of their lot so I will let you decide who you think was at fault. After 6 weeks on another shops lot and an $8,000 repair bill to fix all the damage they caused we were finally able to get back on the road. Avoid at all cost! Response to Company: ------------------------------------- I did not hire this company for a complete remodel, they were hired to put in new floors and paint the walls and engine cover. These services were performed very poorly. We planned to give them 4 days to complete the work but they insisted they only needed 2 days, we did not ask for the short turnaround. We rented a cabin in town so we would not be there when the work was being done. Unfortunately, they damaged our home and since we are full timers we asked if we could sleep in it at night. Every day we left the premises the moment they arrived and did not return until after 5 or when we needed to be there to discuss next steps.
