Do not use them - use a different company. They lost furniture during the move, charged an excessive amount for a small move. Took a very long time to move furniture and took zero responsibility for losing furniture. I am assuming Jao (the contact we had for moving mates) isn’t insured to do this work. I saw good reviews those are likely old, fake or forged by bots because there is no way any real human would give them good reviews. Go with someone else who will get the job done property for a fair price (and don’t drag the job out to charge the max amount) or are at least insured for damaged or lost property.
