Awesome service, I wish every business were so trustworthy, informed, and respectful. Mr. Gilbert came to my residence and changed my water heater that had to be replaced. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and worked with me. I went through a an issue with my home warranty and they fixed everything. I would not hesitate to call them again. I recommend this company to my friends and family.

We had our commodes overflow. I called them as soon as they opened. They were here quickly. CJ arrived and handled it. Took care of business and my toilets were back working. Awesome customer service too. Very friendly. Highly recommended.
Absolutely blown away with their customer service 👏🏼 they turn a frustrating situation into a very pleasant experience, simply by their amazing customer service! I was scrolling on Google at 2am looking for service reviews, they called me the next morning, long story short, a very kind, friendly and knowledgeable technician was at my house within 20 minutes. Gilbert was so patient in explaining everything to me & reassuring me that this was something that he could gladly assist with. The follow up call the next day, I appreciate that! After trying two other plumbers to diagnose and repair my plumbing issue, a friend recommended Mr. Rooter. Wow! The level of service and expertise they displayed is outstanding! Their plumber explained the options and kept us informed about what they were doing as they worked on our plumbing issue. They had the high-end equipment to diagnose our problem. I can't speak highly enough about Mr. Rooter.
