Fast, clean reliable service. I had my dad’s water heater replaced and since we had water coming from underneath the kitchen counter the technician asked to see if they could check for any other possible leak issues we might have. Glad he did check it turned out we also had a small leak on one of outside water hose bit in our backyard and was able to fix before it caused more damage and more money if it did beak. The techs are courteous, great customer service and very well knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Would highly recommend.
Their team is very professional and skilled. Job came up real good and according to our expectations. Not to mention the end result of restoring water pressure to code psi levels and replacing our old and faulty water heater. Fully recommend their services, they are indeed reliable.
Reliable Plumbing really lived up to their name. They answered every time I called and were very clear and honest about the appointment time. They even managed to come out a day earlier than expected, which I really appreciated. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained how everything would work with my warranty company, so I knew exactly what to expect. Great communication and service. I would definitely work with them again.
Reliable Plumbing was amazing! They came out very quickly and installed a new gas range for me. The technicians were professional, transparent about pricing, and worked efficiently. They even tested the gas connections and took the time to remind me to remove the tape and instruction packets from the oven before using it — small details like that really show their excellent customer service. They went above and beyond by moving my old stove into the garage for me, which I truly appreciated. You never realize how much you rely on your appliances until you have to go without one, and I’m so grateful they were able to get everything installed so quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!
We had a water heater installed a couple of years back. Recently we had an issue with the water heater turn off on us. We weren’t aware it wasn’t up to code/certification. Long story short, they brought it up to code. Their work, customer service and communication is A+.
