Due to the warm fall and early snow at Thanksgiving, our regular gutter cleaning company didn't clean our gutters. My Window Washing put us on their list for handling this when the weather moderated. They came out end of December and did an excellent job. Their technician had equipment to handle the ice, leaves, dirt, etc. Now our gutters are clear. I recommend highly.

This would have been a 5 star review as the tech was professional and completed my second story gutteres, however he did miss a section. I emailed these exact same photos to customer service over a week ago and no one has yet to respond. Have used MWW for years without incident. Doubt I will be repeating due to lack of acknowledgement or follow up.

In regards to cleaning gutters, I had an issue with the flat portion not being cleaned along with leaves still on the roof. I also had in issue with black debris on the lawn. I called about the problem and a supervisor came out within an hour and reclean everything. I'm pleased with the quick response and the option to reduce my bill from $225 to 170. My only wish is that they called ahead of time so i could have been at the property and possibly avoid the issue. At the end of day, the gutters were cleaned. The photos show why I called with my concern after the initial cleaning.

This review is not based on the quality of work (window look fabulous) but instead on the pricing. Note, this is the second time I've used My Window Washing. September of 2024 I requested they clean both floors of my home, inside and out. The cost was $236 which I thought was a fair price for 40 windows. November of 2025 I made an appointment to clean ONLY the outside of my first floor windows, that's 12 less windows, and... only the exterior, yet when their rep arrived I was quoted $173. I was in a pinch, and needed them done immediately so didin't have time to argue the pricing or arrange for another company's service. I was working in my basement when he started the job so didn't realize he was actually up on my roof. Once I realized, I raced upstairs to my bedroom window and explained that I'd only requested the first floor windows washed. At that point I realized there'd be some misunderstanding and that he'd probably adjust the cost once he was done. He immediately stopped, but added that he'd already completed all the other upstairs windows, so, sorry, too late. I'm not sure where the communication failed, but not happy about what I feel was an elevated cost in comparison to their service in 2024 where both the interior and exterior were done.

Nick was great! He arrived during the time frame given and explained what he was going to do, then carefully counted windows before giving me a price. It was a little more than what I expected, as per the phone conversation when making the appointment, however he had included my atrium doors, 2 storm doors, front door sidelights, and 3 octagonal windows, so it was still good. I am enthralled with the beautiful job he did! My windows are spotless and sparkling again! Great job!
