Sal and the team are the gold standard in contractors, in my opinion. The team recently installed a new natural gas combi boiler with the additional task of removing the old oil burner and tank. I can't stress this enough, after years of working with multiple contractors, and experiencing good and bad, I would have to say National Furnace would get the award for best contractor I ever worked with to-date. This viewpoint is because of all of the things you would expect when contracting, the price was right and fair, the job was scheduling in advance and the start date held, their arrival time every day was consistent, the work was efficiently and of great quality, and they're very pleasant people! I could not be happier with the outcome, the overall experience, and the high level of customer satisfaction Sal and team delivered!!
This morning, the mowing crew knocked my central air conditioner unit off of its brackets onto the ground. I called the office and national was able to send out two wonderful technicians this afternoon to check it out and make sure everything was fine. The temperature was 97 and the heat index was 108. They did a wonderful job and I felt that the price was very fair. And I was so happy to get service on such a hot day with no advanced planning. I definitely recommend this company to everyone else.
Had a great experience - technician Jeff was punctual, polite, and very professional. He was able to quickly figure out the issue and get our AC back up and running in no time. I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable the repair was. I was also impressed that they were able to send someone to come out the next day, and their office staff was also very friendly and helpful. We hopefully need any further repairs for a while, but when we do we will definitely be using National Furnace and A/C again and will recommend them to friends and family!
