Such an AMAZING music school! My 8 year old daughter just loves learning piano and can't wait to go to her lessons. The professionalism, kindness, warmth, fun, and tailored lessons are of the highest quality. Thank You!
Make sure when you need to cancel a lesson before hand. Even if you have done all the right things, they will still tell you that your cancellation is received and tell you due to their admin human error, you will be charged. When I try to tell them I have cancelled a lesson and already been given a makeup lesson, they told me I could not have the lesson because they made a human error. When i try to express my shock for being treated like this, they told me ‘you should not talk to people like that’. So I guess great value for money because they teach you both music and manners. I have all the original conversations if any one wants to take a read. I posted a piece of the conversation to show that the person (Jade) allowed her admin to make human error, which actually was the admin person lying about when i made the cancellation. I was on a trip on 1 July and didn’t contact the school at all. Bad management.
My daughter started singing lessons with zero confidence and zero experience, just a love for singing. Since starting at the National Music Acadamy with Shyanne, I have watched her gain confidence and learn so much. Excited to watch her take this journey!
A wonderful academy who are dedicated to their students and families. We have had the pleasure of being apart of this academy for 9 years where we have seen our son grow into a great musician and his love and passion for the drums shines through his performances. Can't recommend these guys enough if you are looking for tutors that will guide share their passion for music look no further than NMA.
My son had singing lessons at NMA and had such a wonderful experience. His teacher Rachel is truely talented, not only musically but in her teaching methods. My son’s musical abilities have dramatically improved and we will always recommend NMA to anyone considering music lessons.
