They were very helpful and friendly. A wonderful selection of loose tea and great coffee. I would recommend it for everyone. Save yourself money by paying with cash.
They have a large selection of different blends. I got a pound of the "Virginia's choice", a medium blend, and it was fantastic when I brewed my coffee at home. Will be back to get more coffee beans in the future! This mix is very flavorful and great taste.
Charming local family business! Phenomenal customer service and wide selection of loose leaf teas, and they’ll even let you bring your own containers if you want to be zero waste. I go for the tea, but the coffee seems quite popular too

The team at Norfolk Coffee and Tea know their product well and excel at customer service. You will feel like family by the time you leave. We had a great time here. Small locally owned shop. A great place to just take in the smells and the rustic look of aged equipment. The owners were very nice, giving out free cookies and being there to help with anything. Quick to start up a conversation and very polite. The teas are plentiful and come in bins that give thorough directions and suggestions on how to prepare the tea and what it goes well with.
