Found them through meetup for their free meditation sessions the center offers; absolutely excellent center and I highly recommend Lauren as a meditation guide. This was my first time in an in-person meditation, and it was truly a very special experience that has left me pensive since I went. It left me so touched I am having a difficult time finding the right words, but I leave the highest of recommendations.
What a lifeline! Meditation with Jin has helped me deal with a pile of negativity and self-doubt. Her instruction is kind, patient and encouraging. I've been going daily for almost 2 months and already feel a change in my mind. Things that seemed so difficult and all-consuming are now just "what is". Looking forward to seeing where the journey leads!
San Diego Meditation has been a life-changer! Under Jin’s amazing guidance, I’ve felt lighter, shedding emotional baggage and becoming more aware of my surroundings. I’m less stuck in my head, more energized, and genuinely enjoy connecting with others. Meditation here has made me less angry, less impulsive, and better at seeing others’ perspectives—breathing before reacting is now second nature. I also feel a deeper connection to God, and even my restless leg syndrome has improved! The center is easy to reach, with plenty of parking just a short 5-minute walk away. I still have work to do, but the progress I’ve made is incredible. If you’re looking to transform your life with mindfulness and positive energy, San Diego Meditation is the place to start! I came to this meditation to finally try to address my extremely busy mind. I've always had trouble with run-away thoughts, and I'd tried other meditation methods before, but they were only partially successful. When I started this meditation, it took me a while to understand how to utilize its methods in a way that had the most impact. But when I did, the results were very good. By throwing away (not just trying to ignore) disturbing thoughts, I began to experience real progress in my journey. My mind is calmer on a daily basis, and I sleep better. It's a constant battle, but this method has been the only one I've tried which gets to the root of the issue, and seems to be solving it in a more thorough way. Thanks to SD meditation for a better brain!
