Dr. Norwood had cared for all of my children. She’s amazing. Her love for my son is unmeasurable. She’s understanding and hip in her own way while maintaining professionalism and charisma. We love her and the entire staff!
I have the utmost appreciation for Dr. Norwood and her exceptional staff. My children have been under her care for nearly two decades, and I can confidently say she is the best pediatrician we’ve ever had. We love Dr. Norwood. When our daughter was born Dr. Norwood was just transitioning into this practice and we had to go to another very popular Intown pediatrician’s office for a few months while all the administrative stuff was being finalized. Although we were getting perfectly fine care at the other office, when we got to switch to Dr. Norwood the difference was stark. Her attention, care, and bedside manner are incredible. She is thoughtful and boy does she know her stuff. We have moved across town since we started with her and we don’t even think twice about driving a half hour plus in ATL traffic to see her. She’s that good.
We absolutely love it here! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dorsey Norwood. She has an incredible bedside manner—not only with our daughter, who was an infant when we first started and is now a toddler, but also with me as an anxious first-time parent. Dr. Norwood’s office is here to make sure families in this community have access to quality, affordable, and reliable pediatric care—something that’s hard to come by in this area. She and her clinic are truly amazing. Despite the usual fears kids have about going to the doctor, our daughter still genuinely loves her. For us, Dr. Norwood provides tremendous peace of mind. Knowing she is there to help us care for the most important responsibility of our lives is a blessing. We are deeply grateful to have her as our pediatrician.
I recently switched over to Norwood Pediatrics & I love them. The staff members are all super sweet. They are all very patient with the children, and talk to them in ways that make them comfortable at their visit. They give out books and lollipops. Another important thing is the communication. I am not always able to reach the office by phone. However, I do use the patient portal and I get answers in a timely manner. You can easily access medical records on the patient portal. Another thing I like (and it’s small, but I like it) is all the education around the room, as well as coupons. It’s great to be able to read up on things that may pertain to you or your children, and saving money is always a plus.
