Very clean and spacious clinic. Our veterinarian Anne-Marie Lapointe was very thorougj with her exam of our cat. She did not try to upsell anything unnecessary like other veterinarians I have met. We were very happy with our experience at Nova Clinique and we have already recommended it to our family. EDIT: While we enjoyed our first experience with Nova Clinique, now we cannot even contact them. For two weeks I have been trying to call them and leaving messages for them to call me back but I am getting nothing from them. I try to book an appointment online but they cancel it and don't have the courtesy to even call to let me know why.

Really friendly staff, kind and thorough veterinarians and vet assistants, they made sure my cat got the correct medication plan for her needs, and answered all the questions I had. They accommodated me well in English, and my cat Mahri loved the staff too. I’m so glad I chose this as the vet for her.

Very very expensive! It cost me a little over $300 for a hear exam and med for my dog ! There is $20 fees added to each prescription they gave you ( i got 2 that day). I said to the lady, you dont think you pushing here a bit ? Like close to $50 just in prescriptions fees ! Seems normal for them, maybe its but this should be included in the exam fees that is already $115. Like people dont say anything about this ? This is abusing your customer that are in a position where these is no other choice in order to get their pet checked out! Im still very upset about this expense! ———————————————————————— The complaint was about all your overall fees ! You are charging too much money to your customers….bottom line !

This is an absolutely wonderful team of people who are experienced and very knowledgeable. They have an amazing clinic. I highly recommend, if I could give them 6 stars I would. Their prices are competitive.
