If you ever want to see your wife freak out, let her find a mouse in the kitchen. We called NYC extermination and they were there in three hours. Jose was really nice, my wife down and proceeded to put everything he needed out to get rid of it. It’s now Been a month later and we have not seen any sightings. These guys are highly recommended.

I Had discovered that I had brought bed bugs home from vacation. I had done a lot of research on how to get rid of them. I wanted to get heating it penetrates into the voids behind the walls and moldings and is nontoxic. I called 6 pest control companies, and none of them did heat. One of them had recommended.I call NYCexterminations. they sent jose and jose , to do the work. They spent two hours , setting up the equipment and going over the electrical supply to make sure there was enough amperage to run the equipment. When they started up the equipment, they also waited around a couple of hours to make sure nothing blew and that the heat was rising. I was not allowed into the room for twenty four hours , so the heat will not reduce. After twenty four hours , they returned to remove the equipment. Upon entering the room , I noticed some dead bed bugs on the floor. The.process is just as described. It was safe , not toxic and got rid of my bedbugs. If you are looking for a company to do heat work NYC extermination , is highly recommend.

Grace was amazing. I called the office and told her that I was freaking out that a mouse ran under my refrigerator. He sent over Jose, who was so caring and nice. He answered all my questions he took the time to do the work and since then I’ve not seen the critter sense. Thank you so much for making me mouse free.
