Had an amazing experience! Was in the market for my first luxury watch. Went to 7 different jewelry stores when I finally came across this shop. I was greeted by Stephanie who was beyond helpful! I told her my budget and off we went. She had me try on almost 12 watches until I found the one I couldn't live without. I had an amazing experience at Old Northeast Jewelers St Pete location. Katrina Hess and Alli went above and beyond to help me re-design my wedding set using some heirloom pieces and a rough idea that I had. They took my idea and ran with it, and the end result is stunning and even better than I imagined it would be! They were both kind and patient and were just as excited as me during the process and the end result. They communicated with me during the whole process, and it only took a couple of weeks from start to finish. Their level of service is exceptional, warm and friendly and I absolutely recommend them! Thank you, ladies! I am in love with my "new" jewelry!
I brought my Bezel Krugerrand in for a value assessment and possible sale. Katrina was thorough in explaining how the piece would be weighed and why. Gave me valuable information on the history of gold prices. I’d been to 3 places already and her offer was significantly better than the other 3. She knows her gold and I trust her expertise.
