We’ve been coming to this local jewelry store for years and have always been impressed with the quality of their work and service. This year, we had the pleasure of working with Vivian to design a custom ring and necklace, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Vivian was thoughtful, creative, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was just right. The final pieces exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier. We can’t wait to work with her again and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for beautifully crafted, custom jewelry.
I had multiple pieces of silver jewelry polished and it was done to perfection. Turnaround time was remarkable. The pieces look more than brand new and several were more than 20 years old. All were Ready for pick up just a couple of days after leaving for polishing. What a lovely surprise! Grateful to Vivian whose customer service was exceptional. And to Kim who texted that my jewelry was ready for pick up. Also had batteries of two nice quality watches replaced and that was done same day. Highly recommend this business for jewelry and watch needs. Thank you!
