I would highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for servicing your HVAC system. Seth called to confirmed the appointment and then arrived on time as expected. This was just an annual checkup. He first told me what he would be doing. When he was done, he reviewed and thoroughly explained the results. He was professional and personable.
Anthony was great! He came by to check our furnace, walked me through what was happening, and gave some really helpful tips to fix the issue. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful — you could tell he cared about making sure I understood everything. I really appreciated his time and honesty and would definitely recommend him.
I am very happy with the service I received from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They truly care about helping not only Veterans, but others like First Responders and Nurses. At first I was skeptical but They are legit , my visit was free of charge. They made it easy and friendly to purchase a new a/c unit. Despite my low credit score, I was APPROVED. Alex, Jayden, Erick, and Tomas all did an excellent job with our Heating/AC and duct/vent installation project. They were extremely respectful, thorough, and efficient in every step of the process, keeping me well informed and engaged from start to finish. I would absolutely hire them all again for a project like this. Joe and Roy both were also great from the initial assessment through to successful project completion.
