Really happy and impressed with my service here. Got a referral to come in for an issue. Owner made me feel comfortable and like I’ve been coming in for years. They were able to fit me in and got me back out faster than I expected. The shop is extremely organized, and I can’t stress how much I appreciate their work. Will be back.
It’s always a little challenging to come into an auto repair shop as a woman…at least for me. I know what I know. I’m so grateful for the excellent customer service I received from Jose. He was honest and clear about the issues with my tires. He was attentive. Service was fast and offered in such a hospitable environment. I’ll definitely come back. I found this shop the old fashioned way, by "word of mouth" Seems like I've been coming her for over 10 years. The team has taken excellent care of my cars and family. They have worked on all of my cars from basic maintenance to complex repairs even engine swaps. When we need some work done on our cars we get an estimate then go to One Way. They beat the estimate, significantly every time! I've sent friends, family strangers to One Way. They take care of everyone, great service, great communication and extremely fair prices.
