Needed my refrigerator replaced in mu RV. After speaking to them multiple times maling sure they were able to complete the job, they completely unprepared for the job I described to them in detail. I had to purchase equipment to help them do the job, though they said they had done it before and didn't need iy. Half way through the job, with one refrigerator out and the other waiting to be installed, they attempted to extort me by demanding more than double the cost. From $500 to $1200 because "it was much more than they expected". Again, this is half way through the job and it had been only 90 mins. Then they got the other refrigerator inside, and pretty much just put it in, and started screwing the window back in, when I mentioned if he had replaced the sealant, which I mentioned several times during our phone calls, and we were JUST AT HOME DEPOT, he didn't have any with him. At this point, I just wanted them out of my RV so I wouldn't get screwed anymore. Why am I writing this. Because I didn't want to cause a scene, or make an issue out if something that didn't need to happen. I ended up paying thrm $775, shaking there hands, and departing peacefully. But, based on my experience, it did not come close to the ALL 5 Star reviews they have. And if they have been that amazing, it sucks for me that I caught them on an off day. Again, this is my experience in my experience alone. I hope this review helps you be better informed of how to make sure that you are getting exactly you need when you request repair service from anyone. And if you need further proof, here's pictures of how they left the old frig and box, and didn't reinstall the blinds.
I am leaving this review for Niko. He is an honest, hard-working, professional. He helped rectify a problem that I had with Mike his service tech. I had a problem with Mike his service tech who charged me double for a repair which took less than a half an hour. Mike put a roller back on my slide and did not give me an estimate prior to doing the service and told me the cost was $500 after the fact. Mike also said the normal protocol would be to take off the full slide and replace all the rollers. And that cost would’ve been $1000. I asked him if there was a problem with my roller was it damaged and he said no. So I asked if he could just reattach the roller. Mike ended up reattaching the roller.
Nicko is trustworthy super fair and very knowledgeable! I will surely use his service again!
Great work! I never thought my RV would be the same again but Nico and his crew restored it and now it looks beautiful. They even finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Ultimate RV Repair to all of my friends and family.
Super impressed with the service! My small SUV needed the hood painted- it was turning yellow and my high school kids didn’t even want to be seen in it! The price was very fair, they accommodated my schedule, communicated with me, and did an AMAZING job on our car. It looks brand new and they even offered a 2 year guarantee!
