We had an amazing experience working with Ly and Sovann to design my bespoke engagement ring. After we had visited a couple larger chain jewelry stores where nothing had really caught my eye, we met with Ly, who patiently walked us through all the minute details over several sessions to craft a beautiful design that showcased a stunning center stone of our choice and seamlessly incorporated personalized side details. Ly kept us updated during every step of the process, and I was even able to try on the unfinished ring once it was casted to ensure I loved the design and fit. I’m immensely thrilled with how the ring turned out, and we will definitely be back to design our wedding bands. I can’t recommend Or Diamond enough!
This review is long overdue, but I had an incredible experience creating a custom engagement ring with OR Diamond. Ly was absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish, Ly was excellent with communication—she was responsive, patient, and answered every question I had throughout the process of designing our bespoke ring. The final result exceeded all expectations and is truly a masterpiece. The ring was completed just in time for my engagement, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. This is a wonderful place to go for your jewelry. After visiting other jewelers, including "high end" stores in the Southbay, we found this amazing business near our home. We finally received the personalized service we were looking for. We wanted to reset our wedding ring for our 10th anniversary and OR Diamonds delivered. The jewelry is custom made by a true artisan who understood our needs and who also made his professional recommendations. We couldn't be happier with the final product and the service we received.
