Tara at Zales was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped my partner and me pick out a beautiful engagement ring as well as wedding bands for both of us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and had such great energy throughout the entire process. We never felt any pressure at all—she was never pushy and truly let us take our time. We ended up finding the perfect ring, and my partner completely fell in love with it. I can’t recommend Tara enough!
I came to get a cleaning on my ring and I was helped by Joselyn. Who is so sweet and very informative. There has been multiple times when I have came in to get my ring cleaned, and I noticed it looked a little bit foggy which she noticed other people had told me at different zales stores that it was just part of my ring, which I totally knew it was not. But they were the experts so I just agreed. She noticed the fogginess and made sure she got it out. She was so awesome. My ring looks beautiful thank you so much!
My boyfriend and I were just browsing around. We walked in and Nia greeted us and helped us out right away. I am not one for huge expensive/flashy rings. Unlike the other stores who always seem to push the biggest most expensive rings, Nia listened to my preferences and brought us over to one ring she thought id be interested in, but then remembered another that was also on Black Friday sale. The second ring was by far more beautiful and the best "bang for the buck" cost wise. We cannot thank her enough for being patient and listening to us and not pushing for to get something bigger.
I had such a great experience at the Zales jewelry store in Valley Fair Mall. I brought in an anklet I had originally purchased from a different location because it had snapped, and I wasn’t even sure they’d be able to help since I wasn’t in their system for that store. The associate who helped me (I wish I caught her name!) was incredibly kind and patient. She looked up my registered purchase, found it right away, and took the anklet in for repair without any issue. The repair took a couple of weeks, but because I purchased the warranty, any future breakage or adjustments are completely free, which is such a relief for delicate pieces like anklets. When I came back to pick it up, she already had it prepared and waiting for me. The whole experience was smooth, friendly, and stress-free. Based on the level of customer service alone, I’ll definitely be returning to this Valley Fair location for future jewelry purchases. They truly take care of their customers.
Thank you Nia for all your help! Even that we had a really bad experience in the past, you made it way different at the end in a very positive way. Me and my wife appreciate it a lot! Nia was incredibly patient and helpful while assisting is with our rings. She took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly and looked exactly how I wanted. Your attention to detail and genuine kindness made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!
