This is why you shop local! I needed a specific piece of jewelry in a tight timeframe, the person corresponding with me via instagram DM sorted the entire thing out. The piece was ordered from the supplier but with no expected ship date. The supplier wasn’t responding but the associate helping me was persistent. Just when we both thought it wasn’t going to arrive, it suddenly came on the day I needed it, resulting in the surprise being a success! A great day made even better by excellent customer service.
I have been going to this shop for over 30 years. Customer service is next level, and there is always a thoughtful and beautifully curated selection of clothing, jewelry and gift items to discover. If you’re interested in supporting local, this place is worth visiting.
