We had a fantastic experience working with Bryan and his team for our annual trade show, Shop! MarketPlace, held at the Charlotte Convention Center April 8-10 2025. From the moment they arrived at the registration desk, they hit the ground running with virtually no learning curve. They quickly integrated into our team, showing professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to help wherever needed. I was especially impressed when Bryan stepped in to assist some attendees struggling with registration—switching seamlessly to Spanish to help them out. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture! I would absolutely love to work with them again.

My spouse and I just got home from a multi-day all class reunion with 400ish attendees. Paschal Events was the backbone that kept us all enjoying ourselves every day in Charlotte - from a large catered dinner to more casual events around town, Pascal Events was there ensuring we were all well fed and entertained the entire time.
