Highly recommend. I have four dogs. They always smell and look amazing after their treatment. There are no half blow dry which I have experienced at other groomers. They are also very open with pricing which is very much appreciated. You won’t regret it!
My pup has been coming here regularly since he was 6/7 months old. He is always happy when he realises where he is and does not hesitate at all to go in for his groom! The last 2 times I’ve brought him in, he had just recovered from a yeast infection in his ears. I relayed instructions that my vet had provided (so as not to trigger another yeast infection) - they were very careful and thorough. They gave me a detailed update and mentioned how they shaved off even more hair around the ear to increase airflow. I’d highly recommend the team at Pawstars Alexandria!
Spoke to Juliette as we needed an emergency groom because my puppy Bella got stuck to the floor playing with double sided tape and all of her hair was stuck together. Not only did they fit me in within 2 hours but it was the best groom Bella ever has gotten (was only her second one but still) and she looked so cute. Thanks guys
We had our very talkative Husky X Malamute In for a wash dry and de-shedding! He’s so soft clean and happy. What a great service!! Was told by the groomers that he stole the show today, everyone going past hearing him and laughing or filming, just so everyone that saw him today knows, he’s a very loud boy. Not in pain… just loud he’s like that when we wash him at home too 🤣. Thanks paw stars! We’ll be back, next time I’ll supply the ear plugs 😂
I took my husky for a wash, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Huskies can be tough to handle with their thick double coat, but the team was incredibly patient and professional. They gave my pup a thorough clean, leaving his fur soft, shiny, and smelling great. The grooming process was gentle, and my dog came out happy and relaxed. I highly recommend them to any husky owners looking for expert care. Will definitely be coming back! 2025.06. 28 My dog had a bath here today, and I just wanted to clarify something in case any passersby were concerned — she tends to howl very loudly whenever she gets a bath, even though she’s perfectly safe and well taken care of. She’s just a drama queen who absolutely hates baths and wants the whole world to know about it! 😅 The staff were lovely and patient as always. She came out clean, fluffy, and looking great. Thank you for taking such good care of her — even if she didn’t appreciate it at the time!
