We absolutely love Pawsh Dog Spa! 💕 They always treat Ágatha with so much love and care. She comes out smelling amazing, with her coat soft and shiny every time. You can really tell the team loves what they do and pays attention to every little detail. The place is spotless, welcoming, and always smells great. It’s such a relief to have found a place that truly cares about our pets’ well-being. Definitely our favorite dog spa in Vancouver! 🐶✨

My Roxy always comes back smelling so fresh, with her hair perfectly taken care of every time! The groomers are gentle and do such a thorough job — she looks and feels amazing after each visit. Highly recommend! See before and after!

Our dog gets routinely groomed at Pawsh and they do a wonderful job. She has a typical Pom coat of hair and fur which requires technical precision. We can always trust she’ll leave feeling good and looking flawless. Thanks Pawsh!

Both of my dogs have been coming here for a while, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive from Megumi. She’s an excellent groomer and always does a fantastic job. My poodle tends to get matted easily, but Megumi handles it so well and always sends him home looking great.

Very Disappointing Experience – Grooming & Payment Issues I’m leaving this review because I had a deeply disappointing experience during my recent visit, especially compared to my previous positive one. I brought my Border Collie / Golden Retriever mix in for a simple, tidy trim—very similar to her last groom—with just a little extra taken off around the neck. I never asked for her “pants” (the long hair around her backside) and the feathering on her legs, which are part of her breed’s natural look. Unfortunately, when I picked her up, I was shocked to find that those areas had been completely cut down, despite my specific requests. This was upsetting—not only because it wasn’t what I asked for, but because it significantly changes her appearance in a way I did not approve. Even more concerning was the issue with payment. I paid $200 in cash for a $140 service the staff member asked if I wanted changed back i said I’d like to leave an additional $20 tip (showing my appreciation if all had gone well), the staff only gave me $20 back and when I had asked him for the rest of my change he responded with a dismissive attitude. There was no apology or clarification—just defensiveness. When I expressed concern about the uneven, choppy cut, the groomer blamed my dog’s behavior, saying she was “difficult” and almost didn’t finish because she wouldn’t stay on the table. This was surprising, as during my last visit, the same staff praised her for being calm and well-behaved. I expected better communication, attention to detail, and professionalism—especially from a place I had trusted before. This experience fell far short. Due to the lack of care, disregard for my requests, and unprofessional handling of both service and payment, I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback helps them improve, because every pet owner deserves to feel confident leaving their dog in someone’s hands
