I tried to make a modification to my computer, but ran into a problem. Apurva took the time and patience to explain - based on the outdated equipment I brought to show him. He opened the box and explained exactly what the roadblock was, and how it could be addressed. Beyond the call of duty, and saved me from further trouble that I was headed for, without running up a big bill ! Thanks so much for your help !! ~

Apurva at PCTECH is very competent and helpful! I had a complicated problem involving transferring data, and he came up with a seamless solution. They have helped me with other challenges in the past. I would recommend them. Apparently they also work on Mac's

I went to this shop to ask about soldering a battery from my iPod Nano 5th generation, and the attendant Jaz and another coworker were extremely helpful. They explained clearly how much it would cost and all the difficulties involved in doing such a specific job. In the end, I decided to try doing it myself, but I’m very grateful for the attention and customer service they gave me. It’s rare to find someone willing to deal with this kind of detailed and delicate soldering, and his professionalism and patience really stood out. Highly recommended!
