Went to this gym today and had an amazing experience. Irvin took the time to show me how to properly stretch my back, and it made a huge difference right away. He’s an incredible coach—very knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this gym and especially Irvin!
Alexa is awesome! I had little experience and she was so welcoming and informative. I love how she hypes up everyone regardless of experience or skill. She runs a great small group of ladies only that makes one feel comfortable. Highly recc as a beginner. Would def return if my schedule aligned.
I’ve been training with Alexa at PDX Fitness Zone for a year now and it’s been a fun and great experience so far! She’s helped me be more confident lifting weights and coming up with a workout plan that’s helping me reach my goals. The trainers here have created a really great space that’s welcoming and supportive for all.
Loving the gym so far! I did a free consult with Irvin, and we agreed I wasn’t ready yet to keep up in group classes so we’ve just been doing 1:1 sessions to get me in shape for the past month. I appreciate the holistic approach and the discussion around what I could be doing outside of the gym whether it’s about food or home exercise. The facility itself is always clean and has a variety of equipment, so I’m not doing the same thing over and over. Looking forward to group classes to experience the gym in another way.
This is literally the best gym in Portland! Alexa is such an amazing trainer and she cultivates a truly welcoming and accepting environment, especially for women. I’ve been attending her evening classes for a little over 6 months and they have literally been a game changer . My job can be very stressful and I can’t express how much these classes have helped me with that. I genuinely look forward to the workouts and wish I had started here sooner. Not only are her classes super affordable, but they’re for anyone, at any level. Her evening classes consists of all women at varying levels who are absolutely amazing and so supportive! I’ve never felt so comfortable working out in my life. Alexa is also so encouraging and never makes you feel bad for not knowing how to do a specific technique/exercise. You can tell she’s passionate about fitness and is genuinely happy to help guide/support you. If you’re looking for a non-judgmental community gym that fosters growth and support, then this is the spot for you ☺️
